DEPOSIT
* Deposit must be paid one week before the Date IF you do not pay and your date has been chosen by someone else who has paid the deposit first We will have to choose the one who has paid the Deposit.
*The deposit payment marks the date and price.
*If you cancel your booking after 1 week, your deposit will be forfeited.
*One time deposit for 1 package only. - * Customer refers to the party who appoints us as a photographer / videographer for an event. If the photography package is sponsored by a certain party, then the sponsor will automatically be a customer of our services.
- * The customer is responsible for providing sufficient information for the event such as time, date, complete address of the location, location map, phone number and so on that is considered necessary for the event.
- * The customer is responsible for ensuring that the event location and also the subject are in satisfactory conditions for photography.
- The picture will only be edited with basic editing,If you want to make changes other than basic editing, we will charge an additional fee.
- * The photographer will not be responsible if there are shortcomings in the photo due to unsatisfactory conditions at the location such as unsatisfactory background, poor lighting, bad makeup and other shortcomings that can negatively affect the photography. However, the photographer will try his best to produce the best photos in various conditions.
- * The company reserves the right to upload photos on any platform.
- * We will charge for transportation if the location is too far from our place
What do you send pictures or videos through?
*We will use the website to send pictures and videos.
*Pictures and videos will be available forever depending on the website, if they are lost we will not be responsible at all.
DELIVER IMAGES TO CLIENTS
*We will send photos within 3 to 9 days after the event depending on the package.
DELIVER VIDEO TO CLIENTS
*We will deliver the video within 1 to 2 months depending on the editor's schedule.
Can I ask you to edit the video again?
*Allowed to edit videos 3 times, only major editing.
*If it exceeds 3 times, we will be charged extra.
*All songs will be provided 1 week before the date, if you do not provide them, we will use the existing songs.
*Changing songs after the video is finished will incur an additional fee.
Can I get raw photos or videos?
Yes, but we charge a fee for each event.
